Quick fix (remote)
One problem, fixed over a remote session. Slow startup, a stubborn app, a weird error message.
PC health check
I check temperatures, drives, memory, drivers and security, then send you a plain-English report and quote.
Clean and tune
Dust-out, fresh thermal paste if needed, updates and a startup clean-up. Cooler, quieter, faster.
Virus and malware clean-up
Remove nasties, lock down your accounts and put sensible protection in place.
Windows reinstall with backup
Fresh Windows, your files backed up and put back, drivers installed. If you need a genuine Windows licence, I will quote it at the current price.
Upgrade fit
RAM, SSD or graphics card fitted and tested. Parts are priced separately, or bring your own.
Wi-Fi and home network setup
Router set up properly, dead spots sorted, devices connected, security tightened.
Home office and small business
Ongoing help for a handful of computers. Tell me what you have and I will quote a fixed monthly price.
Prices are a starting point: the final price depends on the issue, and you get a fixed quote before any work starts. In-person visits cover Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula, the Surf Coast, Lara and Bannockburn; any travel cost is confirmed in your quote. Anywhere else, I can help remotely over AnyDesk. If you need a genuine Windows licence, I quote it at the current price.

Common questions
Do you only fix PCs you built?
No. IT support is for any PC or laptop, whoever built or sold it. Windows is my home turf. If it is something I cannot help with I will tell you before charging anything.
How much will it cost?
Most jobs are a fixed-price package, so you see the price before any work starts. If your problem does not fit a package, I will quote it first. No surprise bills.
Can you fix it remotely?
Often, yes. Software problems, slow computers, viruses and setup help can usually be done over a secure AnyDesk remote session while you watch. Hardware problems need me in person or the PC sent to me.
Do you help small businesses and home offices?
Yes. Setting up computers, Wi-Fi, backups and email for a small team is something I do regularly. Send the form and I will quote it.
