I only collect what I need to help you, and I do not sell it.

What I collect

• Name, email, phone and delivery address when you place an order.
• Details you type into support or enquiry forms.
• For remote support, access to your computer through AnyDesk only while you are in a session with me.

What I use it for

Replying to you, building and delivering your order, providing support, keeping business records, and meeting legal obligations. I only contact you about marketing if you ask me to.

Who sees it

• Stripe processes card payments. I never see or store your card number.
• Email providers carry messages between us.
• Couriers get your name, address and phone number to deliver your PC.

I do not sell or rent your information.

Cookies and storage

The site stores your cart in your browser so it is still there when you come back. I do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Keeping it safe

The site uses HTTPS. Order and request records are kept on a private server and only I can access them. I keep order records as long as the law requires for tax and warranty purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you. Email info@bellarinetechhub.com.au. If you are unhappy with how I handled something, contact me first, and you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
