Shipping and pickup

Pick up your PC, or I courier it anywhere in Australia.

Build time

Every PC is built after you order. Allow 3 business days after payment. If a part is delayed I will tell you straight away. I contact you as soon as it is ready.

Pickup (free)

Collect from Armstrong Creek by arrangement. Bring photo ID. We plug it in and check it works before you leave.

Courier (Australia-wide)

The courier cost is calculated from your postcode at checkout and added to your total, so you see it before you pay. Your PC is insured, tracked and packed in protective packaging. You will get a tracking number by email. Someone needs to be available to receive it.

When it arrives

Check the box for damage before signing. Tell me within 48 hours if anything looks wrong, and keep the packaging. I will sort it out with the courier.
