Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and are the final price. Orders are confirmed when payment is received. You can pay by card (via Stripe) or by PayID or bank transfer. Bank-transfer orders start when the payment arrives.
Specifications and parts
PCs are built to the listed specification using a mix of new and tested pre-owned parts. Any pre-owned part is confirmed in writing before you pay. If a listed part becomes unavailable I may substitute a part of equal or better performance and I will tell you first. Windows is supplied with a genuine licence.
Build and delivery
Build times are estimates, not guarantees. See shipping. Risk passes to you when you collect the PC or when the courier delivers it.

Support prices shown are a starting point. I give you a fixed quote before work begins. Please back up important files before any work. I take care with your data but cannot be responsible for data on devices that fail or were not backed up, except where the law says otherwise.
